Ingredients:
soaked buck wheat
gogi berries
cacao nibs
sunflower
seeds
soaked almonds
coconut water
Preparation:
soak buckwheat and almonds around 8 hours rinse and and other ingredients in moderation serve with young coconut milk or just coconut water is great
