Ingredients
* 1/2C Sliced Almonds
* 1/2 Small head red cabbage - shredded
* 1/2 package of bean or soya sprouts
* 1C sliced mushrooms
* 1/3C sunflower seeds
* 1/2C sliced thin celery
* 1 Zucchini spiral sliced into noodles
Dressing
* 1/3C Sesame Oil
* 3T nama shoyu (if you can find the wheat free version - if not Bragg Liquid Aminos)
* 1/2T Miso Paste
* 4T Apple Cider Vinegar
* 1T Maple Syrup
* 1 pinch pink salt
Recipe Directions
Wisk dressing together in a small bowl until miso is completely disolved.
Mix salad together in large bowl drizzle with dressing and toss together until thoroughly coated.

By Berry Blue ToesI really enjoy spiral cut zucchini (I use a spirooli to make mine) - if you don't have one you can cut your zucchini into strips. I adapted this recipe to raw from a traditional cookbook.

just FYI nama shoyu is not wheat free... not in the us anyway...

Thanks for the recipe, I enjoyed it. I made the following modifications to suit my tastes. I added about 1T garlic chives and some grated frozen ginger. Instead of zuchinni, which I didn't have, I make pumpkin shavings and added seaweed. YUMMY! Will be making more today.

That looks really good...love Asian salads!!! This would be really good with a sweet and sour type sauce on it too!

There is a wheat free version available in Canada - I'm sure Bragg Liquid Aminos would be just as tasty :)
