Delicious green drink! I even have my aunt who is completely cooked is converting to this drink. Even if its just for breakfast, that is an improvement. I use a food processor for everything, so it is a bit chewy, as is expected.

Recipe Directions

1. In a food processor, process the greens first, and then add the keifer, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg (have it this way for dessert).

2. If you decide not to use keifer, put in the E3Live, fruit, avocado, and spices with some water. Process.

Kefir is a fermented milk drink. You can read up on it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kefir. I used to make it. I had purchased a culture from ebay of all places!
