Ingredients
1 avocado, cubed
½ tomato, cubed
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
sprinkle olive oil
½ lemon, squeeezed
dash himalayan pink crystal salt
1 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
Recipe Directions
pile the cubes of avocado and tomato in the middle of the plate, add the cuke slices around that. squeeze lemon, drizzle with olive oil, add plenty of himalayan pink crystal salt, and then sprinkle the cuke with dill and serve! this is also delicious with cherry tomatos.

lemon dill avocado salad
This is so yummy! Not totally my taste, and i substituted himalayan sea salt with regular sea salt, but its easy enough to tweak to my taste. There was a little bit too much lemon in it. It is great for Dorm meal prep though
