Lubed & Ready To Move Smoothie
Electrolytes and intestional lubrication, what more could you ask for?
1 cup young thai coconut water
¼ cup aloe vera juice (made from leaf or bought raw)
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon raw honey or raw agavenectar
handful of ice
BLEND all ingredients together!!! Ice is optional. I like ice cold drinks, some don’t because it “kills digestive fire” but I really love an ice cold experience.
