Enough to pour over two servings of pasta

Ingredients
1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Soaked
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Enough water to cover the nuts
Recipe Directions
Take the soaked macadamias, then use just enough water to cover the nuts, to blend with. Add all other ingredients, and blend them until creamy. Then serve!

Oh, I read that macadamia's don't have enzyme inhibitors. Neither do pine nuts or cashews.

this sounds yummy! but you may want to consider using fresh water because the soaking water is full of the enzyme-inhibitors from the nuts, so it defeats the purpose to add it back in.
