Served me for lunch :o)Lame title… haha, sorry!
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
1 avocado, peeled & diced
1 tomato, diced - OR
-
1 handful cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1 handful cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1 lime, juiced
salt
& pepper, to taste
romaine leaves
3 or 4 brazil nuts, chopped fine
Preparation:
Mix up everything through salt & pepper, scoop into romaine leaves and sprinkle nuts on top. This was SO yummy. First time I combined avocado and mango, and I totally loved it!

Is there, by chance, an alternative for cilantro? It makes me sick, but this recipe sounds delicious! =[

I love the title! This sounds soooooo good - I have gotten burned out on lettuce wraps lately and this may help break up the monotony! :)

Haha this is funny...I just made 'raw burritos' last night...with the guacamole and salsa in lettuce wraps, and to cut the bite of the habanero peppers I put in the guac, I diced mango and put it over my wraps...AMAZINGLY DELISH!!!
