Mango and Coconut with Beet Noodles
This a simple recipe with a unique taste.All the ingredients seem to balance each others distinct flavors.
2 large magoes, chopped
2 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 teaspoon onion puree
1 med. beet
Spiralize or shred beet into long, thin noodles and place in a large bowl. Place the remaining ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temp.
