Totally yummy low fat smoothie if you need a maca fix.
2 Oranges, Juiced
1 TB Maca
1 TB Spirulina
1 TSP Vanilla (ground "raw" stuff)
1/2 cup Ice
1 TB Lemon or Lime Juice (To taste, optional)
Cut up and peel mango and put it in the blender, juice 2 oranges, put in about 1/2 cup of ice, about a table spoon of maca, about 1 table spoon of spirulina, lemon and/or lime juice to taste, a shake of vanilla, maybe about 1 tsp
**blend all ingredients and taste it then add what you think it needs more of according to your preferences.
