Mango, Orange, Maca smoothie

Servings:
1Totally yummy low fat smoothie if you need a maca fix.
Ingredients:
1 Mango
2 Oranges, Juiced
1 TB Maca
1 TB
Spirulina
1 TSP Vanilla (ground "raw" stuff)
1/2 cup Ice
1 TB Lemon or Lime Juice (To taste, optional)
Preparation:
Cut up and peel mango and put it in the blender, juice 2 oranges, put in about 1/2 cup of ice, about a table spoon of maca, about 1 table spoon of spirulina, lemon and/or lime juice to taste, a shake of vanilla, maybe about 1 tsp
**blend all ingredients and taste it then add what you think it needs more of according to your preferences.

I wish I had this last night. I just did a Mango Orange Smothie....came out real fluffy. Didn't use ice....but blended it flatter with coconut water. I was looking a good recipe that included maca. Thanks I'll try this tonight.
