Yummy sweet salsa—beautiful colors
  • Yield

Serves 4 to 6 as a side dish, or 6 to 8 as an appetizer
  • Equipment

    None

Recipe Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Best if refrigerated for a few hours or overnight for flavors to blend.

The type and number of hot peppers used depend on your personal preference as to heat (I like to use something green, like jalapeno or serrano, for color contrast—but I use a lot, because they’re milder and I like it HOT). Arrange cucumber slices on large serving dish, and top each with a spoonful of salsa. Makes a beautiful and colorful presentation.

Ooh! This sounds yummy - I have wanted a fresh mango salsa ever since I got sick eating a yummy one (that must have been sweetened with sugar?) on a salad at a Mexican grill last summer :)

This salsa was great! Friends loved it. I did add some cilantro to the mix. Great Recipe.
