Mangocado Salsa
1 Mango, dice
1 Avocado, dice
1 Tomato, diced
1 Lemon or lime,
squeezed
1 Red Onion, sliced
1 Orange, squeezed
1 cup Red and green bell pepper, diced
3 Cloves of garlic, Chooped or
minced
.125 Cilantro leaves, minced
.125 Basil leaves, minced
1 pinch Black pepper, chilli pepper or cayenne
1 pinch Sea salt (or
not)
5 tablespoon Vinegar
4 tablespoon Olive oil
Long green leaves of choice collards, romaine lettuce, or kale
First I combined the lemon/lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, red onion, cilantro, pepper, basil and salt, in a container and let it sit for a half hour.
Then i diced up the avocado, mango, tomato, red and green peppers, and garlic, put in one container and then mixed it up. Pick your favorite green leaf and spread it across and enjoy. Your taste buds will go crazy and love you for it. yummy
You can also let it sit for a little while so the flavors can marinate nicely.

This recipe is great! Anyone know what this could be good on top of? Before i went 100% raw, this was one of the first recipes i tried and i put it ontop of a baked potato... i love the flavors in it. I forgot to get the orange, so i made it anyway and it was still awesome!!!

Im glad those that tried it enjoyed it... I been away and went back to regular vegan... but january 1st im back to raw... the name made me laugh when i made it but it makes perfect sense lol

WOW...this was soooooo good! And I omitted the avacado, tomato, and salt. I will make more of this stuff.

In the preparation you have red onion listed. I may just be missing it, but I dont see how much to use from the ingredient list.
We made this. It is great. Use fresh collards, they are easier to keep in a roll.
