Massaged Arugula Salad with Fresh Mango/Avo Salsa

Servings:
one hungry person or 2/3 normal onesI just finished a 30 day Master Cleanse and am trying to eat simply, but well.
Ingredients:
1 pkg arugula (the plastic tubs)
1 avocado, cubed
1 mango, cubed
3 green onions,
chopped
a couple handfuls of small cauliflower florets for crunch
juice of 1/2 lemon
macadamia oil (drizzle to taste)
sea salt to taste
Preparation:
toss it all together but the cauliflower. Massage for a minute (no more), to combine flavors. Toss in the cauliflower. YUM.
