Reminiscent of minestrone broth, exactly what I needed on a cold rainy night.
1 cup Very warm water
1 tablespoon Sun dried tomatoes, diced
2 teaspoon Miso
1 clove Garlic, Pressed or finely mashed
1 Green Onion, sliced
1 dash Salt or Nama Shoyo
Mix all together and let steep until very combined.
