Mock Turkey Dip

Servings:
4 dinner servingsI made this for Thanksgiving and I've found myself making it every few weeks since then! It's really good in lettuce wraps or as a veggie dip (broccoli, pepper, and carrots). The sage is really essential for a Thanksgiving taste. I realize this is very nut heavy so don't eat too much at once... even though I know how addicting it is!! hahaha
I found the recipe here: http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/Recipes/MockTurkeyLoaf.htm
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
5 stalks
celery
1 scallion
5-7sprigs of fresh sage
Preparation:
Throw the nuts/seeds in the food processor and blend those suckers down. Add the celery, scallion, and sage and blend again. Pour mixture in a dish and garnish with 1 chopped celery stalk and 1 chopped scallion.
