Energizing, mineralizing, creamy, satisfying smoothie! And not too sweet! I don't have much of a sweet tooth, especially in the morning. This smoothie has a subtle sweetness and has become a breakfast staple of mine. Enjoy!

Hi! Thanks for your offering. I love celery smoothies. Question - why are you doing-the-double on coconut by using fresh meat and water and then jarred coconut butter? Just curious - isn't the fresh enough as it is (very complete, high in calories and fat which means you get enough kcal energy from fresh coconut alone) or was this for taste purposes? I love fresh coconut. Coconut and avocados are the love of my life!!!
Ps. Vitamineral Green is a good supplement - I give it to my dog and he LOVES it!!!

Hi thanks! I used the extra coconut butter because I only had one coconut and it was really weak tasting without the added butter. Plus it is cheaper to get more flavor that way. I am feeding seven people on a daily basis, so when their is a product that will stretch something, I go for it! Plus when my baby is hanging on me it's hard to open more than one coconut.LOL. So, if you have the option, you could just add another coconut instead of the butter.
