Makes 4 ample portionsThis is simple & so yummy.
Ingredients:
2 cup germinated or sprouted raw almonds
½ handful germinated raw walnut pieces
½ cup
raisins
fresh juice of 1 small lemon
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup organic oats
½ handful chopped apple pieces, optional
Preparation:
- Place almonds, walnuts, raisins, lemon juice & cinnamon into a blender.
- Chop until crumbly.
- Stir in oats & apple pieces.
