better than tuna. perfect if you need a wonderful high-raw sandwich filler! you'dve never guess citrus pulp is in this!
1c organic, raw sunflower seeds
1/4c clementine pulp from juiced clementines
1/4c mung beans, sprouted 2days
2T Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 stalks organic celery, diced
1 garlic clove
pinch of sea salt
combine all ingredients except mung beans and celery in the food processor. blend until smooth and creamy but still has some texture. stir in the celery and mung beans & enjoy (a little at a time!)
