My So-Called Ketchup
This is a thick yummy ketchup. It passed the kid test on the world’s biggest ketchup fan, my son, Gus. His motto is “It ain’t food til it’s covered in ketchup.”
I made this to go on top of the “garshbrowns” recipe found here. This is my new favorite breakfast!
1 sm-med ripe tomato
1 cup sundried tomatoes-measure BEFORE soaking, soaked
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt to taste
Soak the tomatoes. I usu. do this overnight. Blend sun tomatoes in FP. Add in whole tomato. Blend. Add other ingredients and blend well.
