Nadia's Hippie Wrap
Servings:
Serves 1Super simple, quick and easy, nutritious and delicious. What more can I say? The funny thing about this is I do not care for any of these items alone but together… together they are one of my favorite foods!
Ingredients:
1 Collard, Romaine, or other leafy green
¼ Avocado, Mashed
3 tablespoon Pinenuts (Pignolias)
Preparation:
1. Lay out leaf.
2. Scoop mashed avocado into center spine of leaf.
3. Sprinkle pinenuts on top of avocado.
4.
Roll and enjoy!

i find pine nuts and macadamia and avocado reminiscent of egg yolks, im betting this tastes pretty eggy, i do miss eggs, but ive not had one for over 8 years and im always pleased to find a replacement that tastes similar

Yum... i had this today.. i added vegan cream chz and flax oil. Mmm the best always comes in simple ideas :)

Thanks. I got the idea from a salad I used to always make. I had greens with avo and pinenuts. Modified it to make it easy to eat finger food and I actually think I prefer this now! :)
