Recipe Directions

1. Place everything in a food processor and blend until all ingredients are chopped up.

2. If you want it chunky, then soak the dates ahead of time.

3. Place in a deep glass dish and garnish with the shredded coconut (If you don't mind the extra fat, then pour some coconut oil in the mixture for a really rich taste.).

Just wanted to finally leave a comment. This is my bread and butter recipe - I haven't gone a week without making at least one batch of it since I became only partially raw a couple of months ago. I could eat it all day. A-maz-ing. Maybe it's just me.

I'm going to try this and use 1 and 1/2 cup mango and 1 and 1/2 cup avocado for a higher fat still no guilt treat. I am going to use the medjools too.

Could I sub medjool dates? Deglet Noor dates are prooving hard to come by for some reason?
