Ingredients:
Nori sheets
nut or seed pate' of choice
Preparation:
This is the easiest cracker. I spread small squares of nori (cut with scissors from a large sheet) with a nut pate that changes everytime I make these. The pate’ can be smooth or chunky. Sometimes I add more veggies to the pate’ (carrots, broccoli), sometimes I sprinkle the tops with black sesame seeds and sometimes I roll larger sheets around the pate’ to make pencil sized logs. Any way you decide to shape these or anything you decide to put on top works. Dehydrate at 105 degrees until crispy, usually 12 hours or more.

mmmm a cracker I can make in my old crummy dehydrator cause they wont stick to or fall through the holes! Yeah!

I decided to make these when I saw that a 4 oz. bag of crackers or two rolled snacks were $6 and $7. These are just the same (or better) and far less expensive. Plus, there are no shipping costs, you get them fresh and made to your individual taste! These were the first crackers I made nearly three years ago and I still make them now. Allison
