Nutty Chocolate Balls
I had a craving for macaroons, but since my wheat allergy I couldn’t make them anymore since they have oats in them, this recipe is very similar to them!
Shredded coconut meat
cocoa powder or cacoa poweder/nibits
Put equal amounts of almonds and pecans in your food processor. Grind until coarsely chopped, add in cocoa/cacoa powder/nibits, shredded coconut meat, dates and agave syrup. Grind until well combined to the point where it starts sticking together.
Add more sweeteners, and cocoa powder as you see needed by sampling. Shape into small to medium balls, lay them on a cookie sheet with wax paper and put them in a freezer for a while for them to harden. Later on put in a sealed container and store in freezer. Enjoy!
