nutz over mushroomz

makes a lotthis is my first raw recipe, so tell me how you like it. i must caution that this pate means business and is for serious mushroom-lovers only. i slapped it onto a collard leaf with celery and carrot. a picture is located here (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_xF_zKAoztQQ/SKjda9xm1ZI/AAAAAAAAAE8/IaRPprJEFi...) – for some reason the site won’t let me upload it.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw almonds, soaked 8 hours
1 pound mushrooms, i used baby portobellas
3 clove
garlic
1 cup parsley
3 green onions
Preparation:
grind almonds in food processor until fine. add other ingredients, in order, one at a time, processing each time until nice and smooth. if you like a thinner pate, you could add some oil or some reserved almond-soaking water.

i think i would add tamatos in it and eat it as a snadwitch. LOOKS REALY GOOD CAN NOT WATE TO TRY IT. sry if i yelled just so excided by the pic

Hi, I'm not that big on raw mushrooms but if it worked out good for you, that's great.
