I make a delicious oat milk, which is one of my favorite raw, non-dairy milk options. It's good by itself or as an ingredient.

Ingredients
1/4 cup sprouted oat groats (soaked for several hours and then left in a strainer to sprout for 12 to 36 hours)
a dash of sea salt
a dash of sweetener (honey, stevia, maple syrup, etc.)
4 cups water
Recipe Directions
Blend the concoction on high (ideally in a high-speed blender) for 2 to 3 minutes. I used a strainer to separate out the larger pieces, but that isn’t essential.

My mother made oatmeal milk for me many years ago. I have looked for a recipe for a long time. Thank you very much. I think she used oat meal but not sure.
