this serves 2I love this in the morning. I love the way you can change this dish and not have it the same way twice in one week. You can top it with my Black Tar (recipe found here) put in some raisins with maple syrup and cinnamon. I even like it with apples and cinnamon. Top it with almond milk. Pop it into your dehydrator as you prepare for the day for an hour or so till warm. YUMM! You can really have fun with this.Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 cup oat groats, soaked
2 tablespoon water
dash celtic sea salt
Preparation:
Put everyone into the food processor and process till it is the texture you like. Add what ever toppings you like and enjoy.

This was great! And so easy to prepare in the morning. Really filled me up and kept me satisfied. I have already made this a couple of times, I like adding more water for a creamier consistancy. This morning I used 1/2 cup soaked groats and 1/3 cup water, I sprinkled cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, mixed them up in my FP and added rasins at the end. The first time I forgot to add salt - and it definalely tastes much better with the salt. Thanks for the great recipe!

Ahh! The joy of oats indeed! I am glad you guys like it.
I soak the groats over night rosiee, then drain just before I process.
i have never sprouted the groats and will try that. It sounds great!
You can try a topping. My friend likes cinnamon, raisins, maple syrup and dates. Also try Black Tar. It's like chocolate syrup! Love it! I also like mine topped with Almond Milk (or any nut milk)made with orange juice instead of water. Wonderful!
Have fun and live long!!
