Yield
Enough for you, ahaha
Ingredients
½ cup raw oats (soaked overnight)
4 dates
3 dashes of cinnamon
¼ cup raisins
Sprinkle of raw walnuts
1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
1 cup raw oats (unsoaked)
Recipe Directions
1. Squeeze excess water out of soaked oats and place in blender (the oats should have absorbed enough water as is, but go ahead and add a little if not).
2. Blend all the ingredients together, except the unsoaked oats. If not stiff enough, add more.
3. When smooth, place in a tub or bowl and stir in dry oats.
4. Either eat then, or refrigerate for a few hours until firm (gets pretty firm).
Ambergirl's Thoughts
By ambergirlYum. Cookie dough! It’s really good chilled.
And when you pop them in the dehydrator, you’ve got what I call breakfast cookies!
