Oatmeal with Nuts
Servings:
OneThe warm earthiness of oatmeal and healthy nuts.
Preparation:
Make your oatmeal any which way you would like, I like mine warm in the winter.
To this, add ground nuts of choice by putting them in blender with water or fresh juice of choice (almonds,
walnuts, sunfower seeds, flax seeds, cashews, ...). A little raw honey can always be added as well.
So, its not always 100% raw and no exact quantities, its just how I make things and a natural way for me to prepare food.

Shoe design, especially for brand Jimmy Choo Shoes UK is a very popular choice for both professional designers and aspiring designers. It is just as important to design unique-looking shoes as it is to design practical Jimmy Choo Sandals Sale in UK that can be worn for years to come. all oat groats are not raw, many places heat treat the groats so they last longer on the shelf.
3.
Soak oat groats overnight to soften and then blend with nut milk in a food processor until you get your desired consistency.
Oats (old fashioned/rolled, or quick) are steamed when they are rolled and are not raw. Oat groats are raw.

I personally wouldn't consider quick oats a raw product. When you say you grind regular whole oats, do you mean you have soaked raw oat groats and then processed them or did you process dried oats? I think it's important to distinguish your own definition of "Raw". I define it as alive, w/ the enzymes intact.

We eat raw oatmeal every day. It's my kids' favorite food. We soak a cup of oats in water with honey (to taste). I like mine really creamy so I use quick oats or I grind regular whole oats lightly in a food processor. Then I let them soak for about 15 to 30 minutes (sometimes over night if I can wait that long). My son doesn’t let them soak at all, he eats it right away. We add different seasonings (cinnamon, anis, cloves, vanilla, etc) and fruits (bananas, berries, pears, apples, etc), depending on our cravings!! :)
