Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I made this one day just trying to figure out a way to use up some walnuts that I had laying around. The measurements are just estimated. I just kind of threw it all together by my tastes. It worked best for me when there was enough honey to make it soft and mushy. I know these aren’t exactly oatmeal cookies either. My husband tried them and thats what he thought it tasted like. Which I think they do too.
1 cup ground walnuts
3 tablespoon cinnamon
¼ cup
raisins
½ cup honey or maple syrup
Ground up walnuts in smaller pieces. Then in a seperate bowl mix up honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and raisins. Then add walnuts a little at a time while stirring. Mixture should be soft and mushy, and able to stick together well like wet sand. Then put in dehydrator at 105 degrees for approx 24 hours. Enjoy!

Thank you for the recipie AliciaD =)
I made these cookies today. They're very sweet with the honey and raisins. I might use less honey next time. But they are so yummy! I love the cinnamon and raisin flavour.

Hi I am going to try this. My boyfriend has a sweet tooth and I need to keep a cookie jar full of cookies available so he won't eat a whole bag of chip ahoy or something!
