Servings:
Depends on how much you makeI am originally from New York, and when I first went vegetarian, all those many moons ago the one thing I really missed was a nice Kosher Pastrami sandwich, with a potato Knish and a Doctor Brown’s Cream Soda. Whenever I come close to that texture, I try my hand and recreating that experience.
Not exactly a rousing success, but this recipe still makes a Nice sandwich
Preparation:
ALL TO TASTE
a bissil (a little bit) or more, onions, chopped
nama shoyu
celtic sea salt
Hot Peppers, chopped finely
corriander
paprika
mustard
olive oil
oyster mushrooms, sliced
Combine first 8 ingredients. add Oyster Mushrooms. Marinate, drain, pat dry and Serve.

I very rarely measure. I just throw the ingredients in a bowl until it taste good to me. I'll be making some tonight before I go to work, so I'll try to refine it a little more.

Even if everything's "to taste", it'd be nice to have a few measurements for a better impression of what you're doing.
Great idea -- I hope you continue to refine it. Gives me motivation to try more mushrooms from the Ferry Building.
