These bars are excellent before training or just after a serious training session. Also, they are a great snack as well as making a great breakfast on the go! If you like a sweeter bar, you could use a teaspoon of agave.

Recipe Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired texture. Keep in longer if you like it a bit grainier.

2. Once finished, roll it into bars and slice them up.

3. Wrap each one individually.

4. Put into fridge or freezer.
