Peared Morning

2 hungry hoomansJust adding to the multitude of peary smoothies. This one filled me with such joy this morning I had to post it just so I don’t forget about it. The coconuts I use are hugo and have at least 2 cups of water in them. I meant to add a frozen banana too but didn’t and am glad as it would have overpowered the delicate peary goodness.
Ingredients:
1 pear, cored
2 bananas
4 dates, soaked
½ cup
cashews, soaked
¼ cup goji berries, soaked
1 young coconut, meat and water
Preparation:
Soak the dates, cashews and goji berries overnight. Strain that mess and add everything to the blender. Blend and enjoy….
