I adapted this from a recipe out of I AM GRATEFUL. i made a couple of small changes. Makes a wonderful icing for a cake or a dip of somekind.
1 1/2 ounces Irish moss - rinsed off and soaked (4 hours)
1/4 c maple syrup ( original recipe calls for 3/4 c agave)
1 c pecans
3/4 c barhi dates ( original calls for 1/1/4c packed dates)
1 t vanilla powder
Blend Irish moss, maple syrup and water until smooth.
process pecans til fine crumble, place into blender with irish moss mix. add all other ingrediants and blend til smooth.
