Ingredients
¾ cup macadamia nuts
¾ cup almonds
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
¾ teaspoon sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
2. Press into pie plate.
3. Fill with your favorite ice cream/pudding/pie filling, and freeze (or just refrigerate if you used a stiff enough filling).

I do not have macadamias, are there other nuts or seeds I can use??

Brazil nuts will give it the same buttery texture/taste; I usually use macadamias because the flavor is milder, but I have recently started using Brazil nuts for some of the things I would normally use macadamias for. Let me know how you like it! I have also done the crust with 1/2 cup each of almonds, cashews & macadamias (substitute Brazil nuts).
