Pine Nut Sour Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups pine nuts, soaked 12 hours, sprouted 8 hoursd, rinsing twice daily (can be stored in water, changing water every seond day)
1/2 cup young thai coconut
meat
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp unpasteurized miso
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/2 lemon juiced
