Yield
more than enough for my huge dinner salad -
Equipment
None
Ingredients
½ cup spicey pickles, chopped small like relish
2 teaspoon hemp seed/nuts
½ cup (or less) olive oil
1 dash salt and herbs de provence
Recipe Directions
mix everything in a bowl with a spoon and enjoy over a bitter salad…the pickles really cut the bitter and add that neat crunch to an otherwise leafy meal
Omshanti's Thoughts
By omshantiI wanted a flavorful spicey salad dressing that was easy to make and not heavy for my kale, romaine, arugula and sprout salad….. I added the last bit of beet, staining my veggie drawer purple as well as some shredded carrot for color to round out this salad.

Hi Omshanti - love the recipe, also clicked on your website from your profile page and you have an extra space before the www so it doesn't load up properly - found it in the end though - what a great business idea - I hope you do really well and I wished you were selling stuff at my local market!!!
