Probiotic mango lassi

1-2This tastes fantastic, but I've never had 'real' lassi, so I don't know how close it is.
You can substitute banana or strawberries for the mango, or pretty much any fruit you fancy. You could even add some raw cocoa powder.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and destoned
- 1 generous ts probiotic cheese, or to taste
- water
- ground cardamon to taste
- raw agave
syrup to taste (optional - I don't think it needs it)
Preparation:
Blend everything together! Start with a small amount of water, & keep adding it until it's as liquid as you want it to be.
NB. When I make the cream cheese, I only use 1 cup of macadamia nuts (or occasionally sunflower seeds or cashews), enough water to just cover them, and the contents of just one capsule of probiotic powder.
