Ingredients
¼ cup pistachios (or other nuts if desired)
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sea salt
bunch of purple basil
olive oil to taste
Recipe Directions
Put first four ingrediants in food processor and blend. Strem in olive oil, more if you like a runny consistancy, less if you like it chunkier.

wow, when I get my hands on some pistachios I´m going to try this one! I was just playing with purple basil the other day, it´s beautiful.
