The cereal is perfect for people are picky or love to eat sweetened cereals. The cereal will provide pleasant tasting for breakfast.
Resources: A friend of mine gave me that recipe. my recipe is little bit different than hers. Hers is two time size what I am making. She use dates and a lot of maple syrup as sweetener and pears as a fruit. She did not use cinnamon.
1 cups sunflower, soak 8 hrs
1 1/2 cups pecan, soak 8 hrs
3 cups almond, soak 8 hrs
1/2 cup to 1 cup raisin
1 Tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
1/4 cups maple syrup
1 cup Raw Agave Nectar
First, soak nuts and seeds for 8 hours. 2nd, Put two nuts and one seed in a food processor (make it smaller if you have a small food processor and repeat until they are completely shredded). Therefore, pour all nuts and seeds into a large bowl. Third, Pour raw agave nectar, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon into the bowl. Fourth, Mix them real well. Finally, Put them on the teleflex sheet and set it 100 degree and leave it for 8 hours. When 8 hours dehydrator ends, flip over the cereal and do it another 8 hours. Serve it with any nut or seed milk to make it a complete breakfast.
I tasted the cereal before I put them in dehydrator, it tastes so delicious and smells so great.
