Raw Butterscotch Pudding

Hey Guys! I just tried this one and I think its good, but I'm not a big pudding person so I can't decide how I feel about it. Please, please, please try this one out and let me know what you think!!!

Ingredients: 

2 bananas, peeled
10 dates, pitted
1 cup dried apricots (Rawsome says to soak them, but I was too lazy)
1/2 cup raw almond butter
1/2 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons raw agave nectar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (not actually raw, optional)
1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Throw everything together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Its best if you chill it for a while before serving. Enjoy!

Delicious!!! I am loving it, ate half and put the other half in popsickle molds for my 4 year old!!!!

I found her recipe, but wasn't satisfied I changed it a whole bunch...added some ingredients and greater portions of others. She was my inspiration for the recipe though, that should be mentioned, thanks!

Is this Brigitte Mar's recipe? She's the author of the raw book, Rawsome. I would give her credit for this recipe if you copied it word for word.
