Raw Captin Crunch Berries

Servings:
Serves one Adult and one childDelicous and beautiful breakfast! ALso great for Fourth of July!
Ingredients:
3 sweet apples , grated
2 handfuls sttrawberries, hulled and cut
1 large handful
blueberries
½ lemon , juiced
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
juice lemon into large bowl, remove seeds then add honey. Mix well. Add apples mixing well to coat with lemon and honey to prevent browning. Then add berries and mix.

this looks great! why does the skin come off the roof of your mouth in the first place? hated that cereal!!!=)

That's such a cool idea, it could be dried too.

Ok you are so right I had to change the recipe name! And it kinda taste like crunch berries except you still have the skin on the roof of your mouth when your done eating em!

That's an amazing picture. Kids have gotta love it more than oatmeal! I keep thinking that's coconut! It reminds me of birthday cake ice cream- it would probably be great frozen!
