Raw Cherry Tarts
This recipe could become any number of things if you switch out a few ingredients. You could use any fruit you like and play around with the size-- this would be great as a full-size pie too!
1/2 handfuls raw nuts, soaked
1 handful dates, pitted and soaked if necessary
Vanilla and salt to taste
Raw agave nectar
1. Process the nuts, dates, some vanilla and a pinch of salt in a food processor.
2. Press crust mixture into desired mold.
3. Drizzle agave nectar and vanilla over cherries.
4. Top crust with cherries and serve. These will keep in the fridge for a day or two!
