Raw Fusion Coleslaw

8 ServingsThis is coleslaw at its finest. It is dairy-free, egg-free, sugar-free, and tasty! The dressing is also incredible. Use it as a may dressing substitute by adding more avocado to make it thicker.

Ingredients:
1 recipe of Raw Fusion Mayo Dressing (http://www.websitetoolbox.com/tool/post/rawfusion/vpost?id=3148740)
1 small head organic cabbage, shredded
4 medium organic carrots, peeled
and shredded
1 large organic red onion, finely chopped
1/2 oz of organic dill chopped (add more if you like)
2 tbsp of organic celery seed
Preparation:
Make dressing according to recipe.
Prep vegetables.
Add everything in a large bowl and mix
well.
Serve.

This was yummy. I used a whole avocado for the mayo because I love them. I also added raisins and walnut pieces to the slaw. It was very good.

I made this the other night and my non raw friends loved it!
I adjusted the mayo recipe a bit as it wasn't thick enough. (Just doubled the avocado)

6. Add some pineapple and use
Add some pineapple and use yogurt instead of the mayo dressing. Leave out the oions and dill. Leave the skin on the carrots. Dirt is good for you.
Slaw should be tangy, not bland.
