raw mustard

Sorry ,this is my first post here and my english is not so good….
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon carry,chilli,pepper,ground paprika
3 tablespoon olive oil
apple or wine
vinegar(1dl)
50 gramme white mustard
50gramme black mustard
Preparation:
Mill 100 gramme mustard and than perfuse the appel or wine vinegar(1/2bigcup) and put the spice and olive oil.Blend all of ingredients.

balcan, this is an interesting recipe. what is carry? and when you call for black and white mustard, are those seeds which you grind?
