Should have a smooth, slightly saucy consistency. May need to add a little water to get blended.
1 bunch organic basil leaves
1 cup raw pine nuts , soaked for 8 hours
2 clove garlic
3 tablespoon olive oil, or do to taste and paste consistency
pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in processor or blender after pine nuts have soaked. I love over spiraled zucchini or on a sprouted tortilla with avocado.
