takes about 30 min to prepare. tastes awesome!!! the hardest part is cutting the papaya. it helps to cut it in long quarters and then into rectangles. throw out the triangle parts.
1 flake garlic
1/2 jalepeno or other pepper
1/2 handful peanuts
1 green papaya
juice of 1 lemon
favorite hot/pepper sauce (optional)
crush gralic, dice peppers, chop peanuts, tomato, & cilantro. cut papaya with saladaco. combine all ingredients with braggs and lemon. chill and serve.
****this dish is spicy****

To shred the papaya use potato pealer to get the skin off then a mandolin or a cheese shredder.
I use palm sugar despite it not being raw
There is also a vegan "no fish" sauce that is great. I have not used this one but a quick search gave me this one.
