Too delicious & too realistic & too alive!
Ingredients:
2 turnips
1 teaspoon real salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup
macadamias, pine nuts or cashews
2 cup spinach
1 cup parsley and or basil, optional
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon white
miso
1 tablespoon olive oil
sprinkle salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Slice the turnips into very thin rounds, ideally with a mandoline, but if you don’t have one you can use a knife. Put them in a bowl and add the next two ingredients. Set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to food processor and process until chunky. Taste for seasonings.
Spoon fillings into turnips… either fold or place another round on top to make raviolis. Serve with or without sundried tomato marinara.

I think i'll try these with Jicima instead of the Turnip - these look and sound delicious!!!

Wow! This was soooooo good! I used brown miso instead of white, cashews, coconut oil instead of olive, and added mushrooms to the mix. It was divine! It revolutionises the turnip!
