Ingredients
2 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon flax oil(raw cold)
1 cup diced tomato
1 ounce sprouted flax powder
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon Braggs amino acid or shoyu
½ cup red bell pepper
Recipe Directions
Blend all together in processor or blender, eat now or refrigerate for an hour, awesome either way. I used it as sauce for a RAW pizza. it was delish!! You can play with the amounts of garlic and Braggs to taste. Also great with Avo whipped in it.
