A delicious green smoothie... Easy to share with others - as it doesn't taste green that much!
1 small beet
4 bananas, frozen
1 ripe pear
1 leaf romaine lettuce
1 large handful spinach
1 handful parsley
1 spring mint
1/3 cup almond milk (or to desired consistency)
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
3 teaspoon carob powder
Throw all in your high speed blender and blend until smooth... Enjoy health!
I saw your recipe last week and finally got a chance to try it earlier today. I thought it was great and I added a bit of wheatgrass juice powder to the mix because I do that with most of my green smoothies. Husband liked it too! :)
