This deliciously refreshing refreshing "soup" is a fantastic way to start your day.
1 half a cantaloupe
1 medium sized carrot, peeled
1/2 bunch of fresh mint leaves (to taste)
A small handful of soaked almonds
And a dash of freshly grated ginger
2 tbls of coconut milk
1 tbls of lime juice
optional honey to taste
Blend ingredients together in a mixer, top with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
