Refried Beans

Servings:
Serves 1.Seriously yummy refried “beans.” Good in wraps. Salads. etc.
Ingredients:
½ cup dehydrated almond meal (leftover from making milk.)
¼ cup soaked sundried tomatoes
1 tablespoon
garlic
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon cumin
salt to taste
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together, slowly adding sundried tomatoes’ soak water until you reach refried bean consistency. You can then put in a bowl 1 hour before eating and dehydrate at 115 degrees.
